做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
