做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
