做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
