做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
