做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
