做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
