做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
