做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
