做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
